ValDeal Innovations Zrt. is an innovation management consulting company, dealing with identification, business development and B2B sales of innovative ideas and marketable inventions in Hungary and in Central Europe. ValDeal collects, screens and selects marketable ideas and inventions, prepares them to enter the international market and acquires capital necessary to their growth. ValDeal continuously seeks for new inventions in the fields of life sciences, engineering and information technology.

ValDeal developed its own integrated innovation management methodology by significant own contribution and the grant received from the National Office for Research and Technology, on behalf of the Hungarian government. The technology evaluation and marketability screening methodology is based on American and German models adapted to the Hungarian and Central European business environment.
ValDeal has close connections with researchers in Hungarian as well as in other Central European universities, innovative small and medium sized enterprises and with several individual inventors.

ValDeal screened 600 innovative ideas and inventions of which 10% proofed its potential to appear on international market. ValDeal founded a Hungarian-American joint venture in Detroit and established strong business relationships with trading actors having influence in high potential business segments.
