Due diligence

During the due diligence, the investor examines and evaluates the project before investing his capital into it. His purpose is to define the financial and/or strategic need of the capital increase. The due diligence provides a tool to map the threads and opportunities in the project as well as the potential conflicts of interest, the competences of the management, the necessity of intellectual property protection and other juridical issues.
