License

The meaning of licence is license and right of utilization. Licence is a partly or full utilization of intellectual property rights in time and/or space.

There are two types of licence agreements

• utilization of copyright
• utilization of paten

The licensee (who handles his rights) and the licensor (who gets the rights) sign a licensing agreement that contains the frames of the licensing deal. These deals are regulated by the XI. act of 1997 in details.
