Spin-off companies

Spin-off companies are enterprises that can be defined by the following criteria:

• it has been founded by a staff member of a public research organization (PRO) or a university.
• the operation of the company is partly or fully financed by a PRO or a university.
• it is built around a technology created by a  PRO or a university by a licensing agreement.
